Dark, discolored teeth – lots of existing fillings (composites) that were breaking down. Teeth were very thin and broke easily at the biting edges. Some decay due to the ill fitting crowns and fillings (open margins and unpolished surfaces) that were existing. Had temporary crowns on a few teeth and some missing teeth in the lower back.

Whitened the lower teeth first. Placed all porcelain crowns on the upper teeth to stabilize and protect the remaining tooth structure. Placed porcelain-fused-to-metal crowns with hidden collars on the back teeth to correct those that had defective margins. Bridge work to restore bite in lower arch. |
